Question How long will it take for my order to arrive?
AnswerOur shipping policy features rapid order processing with same-day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30 pm EST. Most orders shipping to the USA will arrive in just 2 to 3 business days with our standard shipping method. If you wish to obtain a sooner delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.
Question How will my package be shipped?
AnswerWe place a very high value on your privacy, so your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will indicate “Shipping Department”, along with our address.
Question Which days do you ship?
AnswerOur warehouses operate Monday through Friday. Our Shipping Policy features rapid order processing with same-day shipping for all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30 pm EST with an upgraded shipping fee.

AnswerWe ship with UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Question Where do you ship from?
AnswerOur warehouses are located in Colorado, South Florida, New York, and Central California. Our sophisticated order management system will ship your package from the closest location with available inventory. Please contact us for details regarding availability.
Question Is shipping free to Alaska and Hawaii?
AnswerYes, standard shipping is free to the U.S. on all orders over $800.
Question Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
AnswerWe will ship parts, accessories, and smaller items to Post Office Boxes. However, if you are purchasing a vaporizer, we suggest you give a physical address.
Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerOf course, we do but are slower. Though handled with much more efficiency on orders over $1,000.
Question Do you take payments over phone?
AnswerYes, you can place your order via phone. We accept CashApp, Zelle, Bitcoins, Venmo.
Question Do you accept checks or money orders?
AnswerWe do not currently accept Money Orders at this time.
Question Do I have to pay sales tax?
AnswerOnly residents of NV, NY, PA, NJ, FL and CA are required to pay sales tax. Some states such as PA may charge additional taxes on vaporizer products.
